Parent Collaboration

Children with additional needs often need to be parented in a unique way. We collaborate with parents to help them refine their parenting approach to better suit their child's needs, using hands-on, evidence-based models and practical strategies that are tried and tested.

What It's For

Every child is different, and the strategies that work for one may not work for another. When the usual approaches aren't landing, or you simply want to feel more confident, parent collaboration gives you practical, personalised tools, and the reassurance that you're on the right track.

How We Do It

Our work together is collaborative and hands-on, never a lecture. We work with you to understand your child and your family, then build strategies together and practise them in real, everyday situations. We adjust as we go, so what you learn actually fits your life.

What Changes

You become the calm, confident advocate your child needs. Everyday challenges feel more manageable, connection deepens, and you have practical tools to reach for when things get hard, backed by a team you can turn to.

What Parent Collaboration Offers

Strategies tailored to your specific child
Evidence-based, hands-on parenting models
Support for routines, behaviour and connection
Practical tools you can use in everyday moments
A collaborative, judgement-free approach
A team to walk beside you, for as long as you need

We're not here to add pressure, and we're certainly not here to judge. We're here to walk beside your family and help you parent with confidence.

Common questions

Questions Parents Ask Us

Is this parenting classes?+

No. It is collaborative, hands-on work about your child specifically, using models and strategies that are tried and tested.

Does my child come too?+

Sometimes. Some sessions work better with your child present, others are a conversation between adults. We will plan it with you.
