Collaborative Partnerships is currently occupying a fantaistc therapy space however we are seeking other allied health/medical/complimentary health professionals who are well established in their field seeking consulting rooms to sublease.
The clinic is at the Sippy Downs end of Buderim (Sunshine Coast), with two large GP clinics within a kilometer in Sippy Downs (Chancellor Park Family Medical Practice and Ochre Health) with additional GP clinics in Buderim, just up the hill. The premesis is within walking distance to two of the most prestigeous private primary and secondary schools, Mathew Flinders Anglican College and Sienna Catholic College as well as Chancellor Park State College, Chancellor park shopping village, and the University of the Sunshine Coast. The complex of commercial sites has its own designated on-site car parking and is adjacent to a Foodworks, Anytime Fitness, boutique clothing stores, a popular restaurant and a cafe. The demographic in the surrounding suburbs are overwhelmingly families (in every direction) in the mid to high socioeconomic status.
The premesis itself has two smaller consulting rooms, one that is currently occupied by a clinical psychologist. The second room is currently up for sublease and would suit an established allied health professional. Please see photo below!
Site has floating floors and multiple air conditioning units throughout. No administration services are provided as yet and it would be expected that tenants process their own payments in the waiting room (behind a desk) using their own mobile HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities, or provide their own administration support who could man the desk (times by negotiation).
Rent would be payable fortnightly and would be $200 pw (incl Outgoings). This is all inclusive including all body corp and utility fees.
Priority will be given to providers offering services to children as a cross-referral collaborative relationship with the other professionals subleasing is preferable.
