Collaborative Partnerships is a thriving Occupational Therapy practice on the Sunshine Coast Queensland. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a passion for Early Intervention/Therapy for children with Autism and other disabilities. This position has the following perks:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

​

• Assessment of children with a range of different developmental conditions.

• Provide the highest quality evidence-based intervention to children with special-needs and developmental delays. 

• Complete high-quality clinical documentation including treatment notes, therapy plans and assessment reports.

• Advise and educate families on accessing supports such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

• Participate in regular professional development and team building/training activities. 

• Follow well established clinical policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements/Preferences:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from a WFOT certified institution.

• Registration with AHPRA (unencumbered)

• Preferred Experience (advantageous but not essential)

• Experience in paediatrics (need not be as an OT, but OT experience in paeds is an advantage)

• A deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Understanding of the NDIS
