Collaborative Partnerships is a thriving Occupational Therapy practice on the Sunshine Coast Queensland. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a passion for Early Intervention/Therapy for children with Autism and other disabilities. This position has the following perks:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assessment of children with a range of different developmental conditions.
-
Provide the highest quality evidence-based intervention to children with special-needs and developmental delays.

Complete high-quality clinical documentation including treatment notes, therapy plans and assessment reports.

Advise and educate families on accessing supports such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Participate in regular professional development and team building/training activities.
-
Follow well established clinical policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements/Preferences:
Essential Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from a WFOT certified institution.

Registration with AHPRA (unencumbered)
-
Preferred Experience (advantageous but not essential)
-
Experience in paediatrics (need not be as an OT, but OT experience in paeds is an advantage)
-
A deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder

Understanding of the NDIS
