Occupational Therapy is an allied health profession centred on 'occupation'. An occupation is any activity that occupies time in a persons life. At various times in a persons life they will need support with managing their occupations. Paediatric Occupational Therapy centres on enbling children to engage with the meaningful occupations, activitys and routines of their daily life. This may include both home and school based occupations, play, self-care and daily living skills.
Collaborative Partnerships OT is a paediatric Occupational Therapy service directed by Samuel Gourley (BOccThy), a registered Occupational Therapist with a special interest in paediatric early intervention.
We support children on the Sunshine Coast to overcome developmental challenges using evidence-based and family centred interventions. Our clinic is conveniently located in Buderim, the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
